Account deletion

Jore provides in-app account deletion and email support for deletion, access, correction, and privacy requests.

Delete in the app

  1. Open Jore and sign in.
  2. Go to Me → Settings.
  3. Choose Delete Account.
  4. Confirm deletion.

Deleting your account signs you out and removes or anonymizes account data where required.

Request deletion help

If you cannot access the app, email support@jore.app from the email address associated with your Jore account and include “Account deletion request” in the subject line.

Safety and legal retention

Some safety, fraud-prevention, subscription, support, or legal records may be retained for limited periods where required to protect users, resolve disputes, comply with law, or prevent abuse.
