Information we collect

• Account information, such as email address, phone number, login provider identifiers, and basic profile details.
• Profile and preference information, such as name, age, gender preference, relationship intent, values, prompts, photos, location area, and matching preferences.
• In-app activity needed to operate Jore, such as likes, passes, matches, messages, report/block actions, safety signals, and subscription entitlement status.
• Photos, verification media, and content you choose to upload or send.
• Diagnostics and support information, such as device/app version, error reports, support messages, and moderation/audit records.

How we use information

• Authenticate accounts, maintain sessions, and protect against abuse.
• Build profiles, recommend compatible introductions, support Dating Mode and Marriage Mode, and enable messaging.
• Provide privacy features such as photo visibility controls, blocking, reporting, and account deletion.
• Moderate profiles, photos, and messages; investigate reports; enforce community rules; and respond to safety concerns.
• Manage subscriptions, purchases, restores, support requests, and service reliability.

Tracking and advertising

Jore does not sell personal information, does not use third-party advertising networks, and does not share app activity with data brokers. Jore does not use data from this app to track users across third-party apps or websites for advertising.

Service providers

Jore uses service providers to run the app, including cloud hosting, database/storage, authentication, app-store subscription management, push notifications, email/support, diagnostics, and optional AI-assisted guidance features. These providers process information only as needed to provide Jore, protect users, comply with law, or support requested features.

Location privacy

Location is used to make matching relevant by area. Jore does not display your precise location to other users. You can deny location access and use profile/location controls where available.

Your controls

• Edit profile and preference information in the app.
• Use photo visibility controls to manage how profile photos appear.
• Block or report users from profiles and conversations.
• Delete your account in the app from Settings, or request deletion help at Account Deletion.
• Contact support@jore.app for access, correction, deletion, privacy, or safety requests.

Retention and deletion

We keep information only as long as needed to provide Jore, meet legal obligations, prevent abuse, enforce safety rules, resolve disputes, and maintain security. Account deletion removes or anonymizes account data where required, while some safety, fraud-prevention, payment, or legal records may be retained for limited periods.

Adults only

Jore is not for children and is limited to adults 18 and older. If you believe a minor has created an account, contact support@jore.app.
